Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, visiting our facilities, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of LogicMint services, including members, visitors, and participants in our fitness programmes. LogicMint S.L., a company registered in Spain with registration number B73928415, operates our fitness studio located at Plaza de España 177, 46815 Valencia, Valencian Community, Spain.

Membership and Services

Membership Eligibility

To become a member of LogicMint, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (members under 18 require parental consent)
• Complete and submit all required membership forms and health questionnaires
• Pay all applicable membership fees and deposits
• Agree to abide by all facility rules and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete personal information

Membership Fees and Payment

• Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as specifically provided in these Terms
• Payment methods include cash, credit card, bank transfer, or direct debit as available
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
• LogicMint reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for non-payment
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice

Facility Access and Hours

• Facility access is limited to current members and authorised guests
• Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, and may be subject to change
• Members must present valid membership identification upon request
• LogicMint may restrict access during maintenance, special events, or emergency situations

Health and Safety

Health Requirements

Before using our facilities or services, all members must:

• Complete a comprehensive health screening questionnaire
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations
• Obtain medical clearance if recommended by our staff
• Inform us immediately of any changes to their health status
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Physical exercise and fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury
• You participate in all activities at your own risk
• You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during exercise
• You should stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell or experience discomfort
• LogicMint staff are not medical professionals unless specifically qualified as such

Facility Rules and Conduct

General Conduct

All members and visitors must:

• Treat all staff, members, and visitors with respect and courtesy
• Follow proper hygiene practices and dress code requirements
• Use equipment safely and as intended
• Clean and sanitise equipment after use
• Respect others' personal space and privacy
• Keep noise levels appropriate for a fitness environment

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour
• Photography or recording without explicit permission
• Solicitation or commercial activities
• Bringing outside food or beverages (except water)
• Use of personal training equipment without authorisation

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with LogicMint, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and brand names
• Training programmes and methodologies
• Written materials, videos, and educational content
• Website design and functionality
• Proprietary fitness assessments and tracking systems

Are the exclusive property of LogicMint S.L. or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Disclaimer of Warranties

LogicMint provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding specific fitness results or outcomes

Limitation of Damages

LogicMint's liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount of membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall LogicMint be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of our facilities
• Claims arising from your failure to follow safety guidelines or instructions

Cancellation and Termination

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership subject to the following conditions:

• Written notice must be provided 30 days in advance
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in person or by registered mail
• Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable except in specific circumstances
• Medical cancellations may be eligible for prorated refunds with documentation
• All outstanding balances must be settled before cancellation is effective

Termination by LogicMint

LogicMint reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms or facility rules
• Non-payment of fees or charges
• Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour
• Providing false or misleading information
• Any activity that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of LogicMint services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

LogicMint reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered members
• Posting notices at our facility
• Providing 30 days' advance notice for significant changes

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
